Kuwait City (Image source: Shutterstock)The Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP) has announced that leading developer United Real Estate Company (URC) has been selected as the winning investor for the third phase of its upcoming waterfront development in the Sharq area of Kuwait City.
A prominent regional developer, URC serves as the real estate arm of Kuwait Projects Company – Holding (KIPCO Group), an investment holding company focused on opportunities across the Middle East and North Africa.
Approval for the project was granted to URC by the Higher Committee for Public-Private Partnership Projects, paving the way for the signing of a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Finance.
The project is being launched in collaboration with the ministry as part of its efforts to strengthen public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives.
