Umm Al Qura Launches Digital Platform for Masar Destination Developers

Makkah, saudi Arabia: Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction Company, the owner, developer, and operator of Masar Destination, has announced the launch of a unified digital platform for property ownership within the destination through approved developers, unveiled during its participation in the Future Real Estate Forum 2026.

The new platform provides accurate, up-to-date information in both Arabic and English on all approved developers operating within Masar Destination. By centralising verified data, the initiative is designed to enhance transparency, strengthen governance, and establish higher levels of regulation within an integrated urban system.

The launch forms part of the company’s broader commitment to responsible urban development, preserving the unique character of place, and enhancing quality of life for residents and visitors. It was introduced during the Future Real Estate Forum 2026, the Kingdom’s flagship real estate event, which brings together participants from more than 120 countries and features over 300 global speakers.

Spanning more than 1.2 million square metres, Masar Destination is the largest urban development project in Makkah. Its portfolio includes hotels, residential and serviced apartments, as well as integrated commercial and medical facilities, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s vision to deliver advanced urban environments that serve both residents and pilgrims.

The project has recently signed development agreements with a number of developers and investment funds, with total investment exceeding USD 16.8 billion (SAR 63 billion), including acquisition and infrastructure costs. This level of capital commitment further reinforces Masar Destination’s position as one of the Kingdom’s most prominent and strategically significant real estate investment destinations.
