Tissoli Opens Phase II Sales for $327m Palazzo Tissoli in RAK

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: Tissoli, a luxury real estate collective, has announced three key milestones for its AED 1.2 billion ($327 million) flagship development, Palazzo Tissoli, in Ras Al Khaimah.

Following the complete sell-out of Phase I, the developer has officially launched sales for Phase II and appointed Dubai-based GRID Properties as Strategic Development Manager, reinforcing its ambition to deliver an architectural landmark of international calibre in the Northern Emirates.

Founded in 2019, GRID has established a growing footprint across the UAE and the UK, with a development portfolio exceeding $2.2 billion across 6.8 million square feet.

Italian Design Meets Coastal RAK

Palazzo Tissoli is the first residential development in Ras Al Khaimah to be designed by the iconic Italian design house Pininfarina. The project has rapidly gained market traction, supported by strong investor appetite for design-led, lifestyle-oriented residences in the emirate.

With Phase I fully sold, Phase II introduces a limited collection of fully furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments featuring sea views and Pininfarina interiors. The architecture draws inspiration from Ras Al Khaimah’s coastal dunes and shoreline, integrating the Italian design studio’s signature aesthetic within a technically demanding construction framework.

The development will offer a curated range of resort-style amenities, including the Serenity Spa, Vitality Studio, a 24-hour café, the sunset-facing Skyline Lounge and Casa del Sigaro. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.

GRID Properties has been appointed to oversee the delivery phase, ensuring alignment between design intent and execution quality.
