The survey follows Dubai's record-breaking first quarter of 2026, one of the strongest periods in the emirate's real estate history. StakePredict gathered insights from more than 5,000 participants to assess whether investors believe the market's momentum can continue through the remainder of the year.

The findings indicate continued optimism across several key market indicators. Alongside the 69% who expect property prices to increase, 49% believe transaction volumes could rise further despite the record benchmark established during the first quarter, reflecting sustained confidence in Dubai's residential property market.
The survey also highlights resilience in the luxury segment, with 61% of respondents expecting transaction activity to remain at or above first-quarter levels, reinforcing confidence in Dubai's position as one of the world's leading luxury real estate destinations.
Rami Tabbara, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Stake, said: "What makes these first StakePredict results particularly interesting is the timing. Dubai real estate entered 2026 with an exceptionally strong first quarter, setting a high benchmark for the rest of the year. Despite this, and despite broader global uncertainty, investors continue to show confidence in the strength and resilience of the market.
"StakePredict was created to capture exactly these moments, not only where the market is today, but how investors believe it will evolve. By measuring expectations and comparing them with verified market outcomes, we are creating a new layer of transparency around investor confidence and behaviour."
StakePredict survey reveals continued investor confidence in Dubai's residential and luxury property market.Launched in June, StakePredict enables participants to forecast future trends across Dubai's property market and compare their predictions against verified market data. The platform is designed to measure investor sentiment and track how expectations evolve alongside actual market performance.
Following the launch of its inaugural edition, StakePredict is scheduled to return in mid-August, inviting participants to forecast the key trends expected to shape Dubai's real estate market during the third quarter of 2026.
