DUBAI, UAE – REACH Middle East has opened applications for the second edition of its Dubai-based proptech accelerator, inviting startups developing innovative real estate technology solutions to participate in a programme designed to support growth across the Middle East's $1.3 trillion real estate development pipeline.

Following the inaugural cohort, the next programme will run from November 2026 to August 2027, providing selected startups with funding, mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts, access to regional and international networks, and exposure to investor communities.

Applications are open until 30 August 2026.

Supporting Regional Real Estate Innovation

The accelerator follows the success of REACH Middle East's first cohort, whose participants achieved new product launches, secured investment rounds and expanded their customer base during the programme.

The initiative is designed to help startups addressing real-world challenges across the property sector while supporting innovation throughout the region's rapidly expanding real estate market.

REACH Middle East aligns with several national and emirate-level initiatives, including the UAE Digital Economy Strategy, the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033.

The programme is endorsed by the Dubai Land Department and managed by Second Century Ventures, one of the world's most active real estate technology investment funds.

The Dubai Technology Entrepreneurship Campus (Dtec) will once again provide workspace and support services for participating startups as part of its commitment to strengthening Dubai's technology ecosystem.

The initiative is also supported by the Dubai Future District Fund, reinforcing efforts to accelerate innovation across the real estate sector.

Commenting on the launch, Siddiq Farid, Managing Director of REACH Middle East, said:

“The regional real estate market continues to defy expectations; where other markets would have cowered in a corner, the bravery and determination of people and businesses across the region continues to shine through. There are still challenges ahead but confidence is rapidly returning and I believe this confirms that Dubai has the most resilient real estate market in the world.

Now, we are looking for the next wave of proptech talent – the businesses that meet the needs of the market and provide solutions that support real estate to thrive. We look forward to receiving some exciting applications.”

The first REACH Middle East cohort comprised seven proptech startups, which are scheduled to graduate from the programme in August 2026.

According to JLL, the Middle East's real estate development pipeline is valued at approximately $1.3 trillion, presenting significant opportunities for technology companies focused on improving efficiency, sustainability and innovation across the built environment.
