Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Transactions Reach $787 Million in H1 2026

Ras Al Khaimah recorded $787 million in real estate transactions during H1 2026, including $368.4 million in property sales and $315.8 million in mortgages.

RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE: Ras Al Khaimah recorded real estate transactions worth approximately $787 million (AED2.89 billion) during the first half of 2026, reflecting activity across property sales, mortgages and waivers.

According to data from the Lands and Properties Sector at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, transactions recorded between January and June showed activity across multiple segments of the emirate’s property market.

Property sales reached $368.4 million (AED1.353 billion) across 1,274 transactions, while registered mortgages totalled approximately $315.8 million (AED1.160 billion) across 463 transactions.

The estimated market value of waivers, involving ownership transfers between parties without financial consideration, reached approximately $103.5 million (AED380 million) across 348 transactions.

February Leads Property Sales

Monthly data showed that February recorded the highest property sales value during the first half of the year, reaching $101 million (AED371 million).

Mortgage activity peaked in June, when registered mortgage values reached approximately $113.8 million (AED418 million).

April, meanwhile, recorded the highest waiver market value during the period at approximately $41.4 million (AED152 million).

Overall, the figures reflect diversified real estate activity across Ras Al Khaimah during the first six months of 2026, with sales, mortgage registrations and ownership transfers all contributing to the emirate’s transaction market.
