The partnership merges RAK Properties’ strong local market presence and customer-centric approach with UASG’s long-standing facilities management expertise, technical proficiency, and digital readiness. Together, the new entity aims to deliver a fully integrated FM model focused on efficiency, safety, sustainability, and service quality.
According to the partners, One FM will introduce a scalable operational framework that leverages iFM’s technical depth and technology-driven service delivery, creating a platform capable of supporting both existing assets and large-scale future developments.

The company’s mandate emphasizes energy efficiency, safety compliance, and a customer-first service philosophy.
Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties, commented: “We are proud to launch One Facilities Management, which we believe will take an immediate leadership role in the FM space in the Northern Emirates. Our home Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah is experiencing unprecedented growth across all areas of the real estate market which represents a significant opportunity for an integrated facilities management entity to better serve the needs of developers and customers.”
Hazem Al Hamed, CEO ASPM / MD iFM – United Al Saqer Group, added: “As a shareholder in RAK Properties, it is natural for us to strengthen this partnership and channel nearly five decades of UASG’s experience into a unified FM platform. This partnership positions One FM not only to support RAK Properties’ growing portfolio, but to confidently expand into the wider Northern Emirates market—capturing new opportunities, elevating service standards, and delivering sustainable long-term value for our shareholders.”
The launch comes at a time when Ras Al Khaimah is undergoing strong growth across residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. With increasing demand for modern, efficient, and sustainable FM services, One FM is expected to play a significant role in supporting the emirate’s evolving built environment.
By combining operational excellence with advanced digital tools and nearly five decades of regional expertise, One FM aims to set new benchmarks for integrated facilities management across the Northern Emirates.
