It also includes a chef’s kitchen, indoor event areas, and a dedicated dog park—all connected by the scenic waterfront promenade.
OMNIYAT’s residential portfolio continues to expand with VELA Viento, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, a residential tower rising 180 metres over Marasi Bay. Designed by Foster + Partners, the building features 95 extraordinary residences with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.
Each residence offers expansive terraces, some with pools, double-height spaces, and floating dining rooms. Interiors by Gilles & Boissier offer refined elegance, with select Horizon Residences available in bespoke designs by Banda Studio.
