Image: SuppliedDubai, UAE: OMNIYAT has announced major progress on The Alba, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, marking a new phase of development following its global debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September 2024. The developer confirmed the appointment of Innovo Build LLC as the project’s main contractor, underscoring the advancement of one of Dubai’s most anticipated ultra-luxury beachfront destinations.
Innovo Build, part of the wider Innovo Group, brings significant expertise to the project, having previously led the construction of OMNIYAT’s other flagship developments on Palm Jumeirah, including AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai in 2023, and ORLA and ORLA Infinity, Dorchester Collection, Dubai last year.
Commenting on the appointment, Peter Stephenson, Co-Managing Director of OMNIYAT, stated: “At OMNIYAT, we partner only with the finest global talent across architecture, design, hospitality, and construction to ensure that every living experience we create delivers an unrivalled standard of excellence. Our collaboration with Innovo reflects this commitment. Exceptional progress is already underway on three of our ultra-luxury residences on Palm Jumeirah, and we are confident their expertise will support us in delivering The Alba to our clients by 2028.”
With Innovo now mobilising on site, the project is moving decisively from groundwork into vertical construction. The raft foundation is scheduled to begin in December 2025, signaling the structural rise of the development.
