Dubai, UAE: NKEY Architects, the international full-cycle architecture and design company, is continuing its expansion from its Dubai headquarters, with more than 250 active projects currently underway across the UAE and over 60 projects completed to date.

The firm’s continued growth highlights Dubai’s role as a stable base for architectural innovation and cross-border project delivery at a time when regional markets are increasingly focused on resilience, long-term investment confidence, and sustainable development.

Expanding Presence Across the UAE

NKEY Architects’ UAE portfolio spans several key emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. The company’s current pipeline is heavily weighted toward residential developments, which account for approximately 80 percent of ongoing projects, including a mix of luxury villas and apartment developments.

The remaining 20 percent of projects consist of commercial developments across sectors such as food and beverage, hospitality, and related real estate asset classes.

In addition to architectural design services, NKEY also provides interior design solutions, turnkey project delivery, and architectural supervision of construction works, enabling clients to work with a single partner throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept development through to implementation.

Demand for luxury residential projects remains particularly strong in several of Dubai’s most prestigious locations, including Al Barari, Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, La Mer, and Palm Jumeirah, where high-end design and bespoke architecture continue to attract international investors and homeowners.

Dubai Hub Supporting Global Operations

The company’s expansion is supported by a growing team of more than 150 professionals, operating from its Dubai headquarters.

From this central hub, NKEY coordinates projects not only across the UAE but also throughout the Middle East and selected international markets, providing architectural direction, project management, and operational support.

The Dubai office also supports the company’s wider global portfolio of over 500 residential and commercial projects across more than 45 countries, including collaborations with real estate developers on high-rise developments in Brazil and Canada, a new partnership in Morocco, and private commissions from Australia.

This international expansion comes at a time when the global architecture services market is projected to exceed $605 billion by 2033, reflecting growing demand for integrated design and development services worldwide.

Nataliia Melnyk, Founder of NKEY Architects, said: “Dubai’s steadiness continues to justify our confidence as a long-term home for NKEY’s global headquarters. It reflects the strength of the local market, the country’s reputation as a safe and reliable destination, and the seriousness with which the city continues to shape its future built environment. We are committed to supporting clients and partners with high-quality design, seamless delivery, and the kind of consistency that helps projects move forward with confidence.”

NKEY continues to expand its operations in Dubai, reflecting the company’s growth strategy and commitment to the region. We will continue to focus on delivering quality projects and services to our clients.
