Meraas Awards Groundworks Contract for City Walk Crestlane Phase 3

DUBAI, UAE – Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a groundworks contract to International Foundation Group (L.L.C.) for two residential buildings within Phase 3 of City Walk Crestlane, marking the latest construction milestone in the expansion of the mixed-use community.

The contract supports the continued evolution of City Walk as one of Dubai's leading lifestyle destinations and advances the next stage of development within the Crestlane masterplan.

The contract covers a comprehensive scope of enabling works, including site preparation, excavation, soil improvement, dewatering, and the design and construction of shoring and piling works.

These activities will prepare the site for the next phase of construction, supporting the delivery of the new residential buildings within Phase 3.

The appointment reflects Meraas' continued commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed residential communities while reinforcing City Walk's position as one of Dubai's most distinctive mixed-use destinations.

The new residential buildings form part of the wider City Walk Crestlane Phase 3 masterplan, which has been designed to promote green, connected urban living through contemporary architecture, generous open spaces and a pedestrian-friendly environment.
