Meraas Awards $160.65 Million Construction Contract for City Walk Crestlane

DUBAI, UAE: Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded Parkway International Contracting a main construction contract worth more than $160.65 million (AED590 million) for Phase 3 of City Walk Crestlane in Dubai.

The contract covers the delivery of 394 apartments across four residential buildings, with construction already underway and completion anticipated by Q3 2028.

Construction Advances at City Walk Crestlane

The contract marks the next stage of development at Crestlane, which forms part of the wider City Walk community in central Dubai.

Parkway International Contracting will oversee construction of the four residential buildings under the newly awarded contract.

Designed as an extension of City Walk’s walkable urban environment, Crestlane combines contemporary residences with landscaped open spaces and water features.

Across the wider community, residents will have access to swimming pools, sports facilities, a fitness centre, a floating clubhouse and an outdoor cinema.

The development also benefits from City Walk’s existing mix of retail, dining, leisure and public spaces.

Located in central Dubai, City Walk Crestlane provides access to Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Jumeirah Beach, Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai International Airport.
