The project represents a key milestone in the developer’s growth strategy and reinforces rising investor confidence in Dubai Islands as an emerging coastal destination.
Floarea Breeze is planned as a boutique waterfront community comprising 48 apartments and four townhouses. The residential mix includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from approximately USD 490,000 (AED 1,799,000) for a one-bedroom residence. Project completion is targeted for the third quarter of 2027.

He added that Dubai Islands continues to gain momentum as a compelling investment destination, combining premium coastal living with strategic connectivity to the wider city.

According to Dubai Land Department data, investor interest in Dubai Islands has accelerated significantly, with recorded sales reaching approximately USD 1.66 billion (AED 6.1 billion) across nearly 2,000 transactions during the first half of 2025.
Floarea Breeze is a G+P+6+R residential building developed on a plot area of 26,975 square feet. The project will deliver 12 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, and 12 three-bedroom units, in addition to four townhouses.
Townhouses range in size from 1,847 to 1,895 square feet, while one-bedroom apartments span approximately 878 to 1,049 square feet. Two-bedroom units with study and maid’s room measure between 1,316 and 1,711 square feet, and three-bedroom apartments range from 1,474 to 1,697 square feet.
Interiors are designed to reflect contemporary coastal living, featuring a grand lobby, designer corridors, floor-to-ceiling Italian tiles, premium wood finishes, and integrated smart home technology.
Floarea Breeze by Mashriq Elite Real Estate Developments Floarea Breeze benefits from its strategic positioning within Dubai Islands, offering five-minute access to the beach, marina, park, and Dubai Islands Mall. Connectivity is further enhanced by the newly developed bridge to Dubai Islands and the existing Infinity Bridge, ensuring seamless access to the mainland.
The location places residents within convenient reach of major city landmarks, including Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, and the Museum of the Future, balancing island-style living with urban proximity.
Floarea Breeze represents Mashriq Elite’s sixth residential project in Dubai. The launch follows recent groundbreakings at Floarea Skies in Jumeirah Village Circle, comprising 192 units, and Floarea Oasis in Dubai Land Residential Complex with 257 apartments. Earlier this year, the developer also completed and handed over Floarea Residence in Arjan, a development comprising 206 apartments.
The company currently has a pipeline exceeding 1,200 residential units at various stages of planning and execution. Upcoming projects include Floarea Vista in Discovery Gardens, Floarea Grande in Arjan, and additional developments planned in Meydan District 11 and Dubai Production City.

Dubai Islands spans approximately 17 square kilometres and is envisioned as a mixed-use waterfront destination. The master development is expected to add more than 20 kilometres of beachfront, accommodate over 80 luxury hotels, and deliver golf courses, retail districts, and exclusive residential offerings, further cementing its role in Dubai’s next phase of coastal urban expansion.
