Following the success of Marjan Beach, the UAE’s most comprehensive mixed-use coastal destination, the emirate is advancing infrastructure works across the 85-million-square-foot masterplan. The development will feature 22,000 residential units, 12,000 luxury hotel keys, and 6.5 million sq. ft of green spaces, serving a projected population of 74,000 residents and welcoming 180,000 visitors annually.

Expanding Tourism and Lifestyle Offerings

Marjan aims to help Ras Al Khaimah achieve its goal of 3.5 million annual visitors, 60% of which are expected to be international.
