Image: WAMDubai, UAE: Emaar Properties PJSC (DFM: EMAAR) has reported its strongest financial and operational performance to date for the full year 2025, posting record-high sales, revenue and profitability amid sustained demand across its diversified portfolio.
The developer’s integrated model, spanning property development, retail, hospitality and international operations, continued to benefit from disciplined execution, strong domestic demand and a strategic focus on quality, customer experience and sustainability.
For 2025, Emaar recorded its highest-ever annual revenue of $13.5 billion (AED 49.6 billion), marking a 40% increase compared to 2024, primarily driven by the robust performance of its UAE operations.
The company also achieved record EBITDA and net profit before tax. EBITDA rose 33% year-on-year to $7 billion (AED 25.6 billion), supported by operational efficiencies and healthy margins across business lines. Net profit before tax reached $7 billion (AED 25.7 billion), representing a 36% increase over the previous year.
Property sales reached an all-time high of $21.9 billion (AED 80.4 billion) in 2025, up 16% from $19 billion (AED 69.5 billion) in 2024. Growth was driven by sustained demand across established master communities and successful new project launches.
Reflecting this strong sales momentum, Emaar’s revenue backlog climbed to $42.1 billion (AED 155 billion) as of 31 December 2025, a 39% year-on-year increase, providing significant visibility on future revenue streams at healthy margins.
Building on the dividend policy announced in December 2024 and supported by continued strong performance, the Board of Directors recommended maintaining dividends at 100% of share capital for 2025.
Emaar Development PJSC also delivered a strong performance in 2025, underpinned by record property sales, consistent project delivery and ongoing demand across new launches within its flagship master-planned communities.
Property sales at Emaar Development reached $19.4 billion (AED 71.1 billion), representing a 9% increase compared to 2024. Revenue rose 44% to $7.5 billion (AED 27.5 billion), while net profit before tax surged 52% year-on-year to $4.2 billion (AED 15.5 billion).
Together with other UAE-based property development operations, including Dubai Creek Harbour, the Group’s revenue from property development in the UAE reached $9.9 billion (AED 36.4 billion).
Emaar’s 2025 performance underscores the continued strength of Dubai’s real estate market and the developer’s ability to translate sustained demand into record financial outcomes across its core businesses.
