DUBAI, UAE – Sales of ready residential properties in Dubai increased by nearly 20% in July 2026, reaching their highest monthly level since February, according to Cavendish Maxwell.
The latest market analysis from the real estate advisory and property consultancy shows that more than 3,400 ready homes worth AED9 billion (US$2.45 billion) were sold during July, compared with approximately 2,870 transactions valued at AED7.5 billion (US$2.04 billion) in June.
Combined ready and off-plan residential sales approached 12,860 transactions in July, with a total value of AED26.1 billion (US$7.11 billion).
Cavendish Maxwell's latest market insight reveals that total ready and off-plan residential property sales reached AED247.2 billion (US$67.3 billion) across 92,130 transactions between January and July 2026.
Compared with the same period last year, sales value declined 21%, while transaction volumes were down 17%.
Despite the moderation, the off-plan market continued to dominate residential activity, consistently accounting for around 74% of monthly transactions throughout 2026.

"The market rebound that we saw in June has also been reflected in July’s figures, indicating a continuation of the more measured market conditions that have emerged this year. While residential sales activity improved modestly from June, supported by the ready market, overall transactions remained lower."
