DP World and Lintara Break Ground on New Logistics Centre in Jafza

DUBAI, UAE – DP World and Lintara Properties, the real estate development platform of Arcapita Group Holdings Limited, have broken ground on a 20,000-square-metre build-to-suit logistics centre at Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), further strengthening Dubai's industrial and logistics infrastructure.

According to WAM, the Grade A facility is being developed by Lintara Properties and will be operated by DP World as part of its integrated end-to-end supply chain network across the region. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.

The facility will feature approximately 12-metre clear-height warehousing, temperature-controlled storage areas, dedicated dangerous goods storage, supporting office space and operational amenities designed to meet the evolving needs of regional and international businesses.

Commenting on the project, Ahmad Yousef Al-Hassan, CEO and Managing Director, DP World GCC, said:

Lintara Properties will serve as Development Manager during construction before assuming Asset Management responsibilities upon completion. The development forms part of Arcapita's broader strategy to invest in tenant-led industrial real estate across key logistics hubs in the region.
