DIFC has awarded the main construction contract for DIFC Heights Tower to Al Basti & Muktha LLC. Image: DMODUBAI, UAE – Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has awarded the main construction contract for DIFC Heights Tower, a $816.9 million (AED3 billion) gross development value mixed-use project in the Gate District, to Al Basti & Muktha LLC (ABM).
The contract award marks a significant milestone in the delivery of the development, which is being built on the final remaining plot within DIFC's original land bank. The project forms part of DIFC's ongoing expansion as it continues to strengthen its position as a leading global financial, business and lifestyle destination.
Once completed, DIFC Heights Tower will comprise 366 luxury residences, alongside premium commercial office space, as well as a selection of retail and dining outlets designed to serve residents, businesses and visitors. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2029.
The appointment of Al Basti & Muktha LLC reinforces DIFC's commitment to delivering the project in line with its development programme while responding to growing demand for centrally located, mixed-use destinations that combine residential, commercial and lifestyle offerings in the heart of Dubai.
With the main construction contract now awarded, the development remains on track to meet its planned delivery timeline, reflecting DIFC's disciplined approach to project execution and long-term expansion strategy.
The announcement was marked by a senior executive meeting attended by Arif Amiri, Chief Executive Officer of DIFC Authority, and Tushar Pathak, Chairman of Al Basti & Muktha LLC, followed by a group photograph featuring senior representatives from both organisations to commemorate the contract award.
