Dar Global Awards Main Contract for Trump Tower Jeddah to ACC

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: Dar Global, the London-listed luxury developer, has appointed Arabian Construction Company (ACC) as the main contractor for Trump Tower Jeddah, marking a major progression in the tower’s construction timeline. The contract award follows the completion of enabling and foundation works, moving the landmark project into its next phase.

Valued at USD 531 million (SAR 2 billion), Trump Tower Jeddah is set to become a defining architectural statement on the Jeddah Corniche. Designed to reshape the city’s luxury residential landscape, the 47-storey tower will stand among Jeddah’s tallest structures, offering ultra-premium residences and elevated lifestyle amenities.
