RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA – As international investors increasingly turn their attention towards Saudi Arabia's rapidly advancing development landscape, Cityscape Global 2026 has announced the launch of Capitals by Cityscape Global, a new platform designed to connect investors with developers, masterplans and investment opportunities across Saudi Arabia and international markets.

The initiative comes as large-scale developments across the Kingdom move from planning into delivery, creating opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, hospitality and mixed-use destinations.

The scale of investor interest was evident at Cityscape Global 2025, where participating investors represented $6.1 trillion in real estate and infrastructure assets under management. The programme brought together 173 senior leaders from organisations including BlackRock, Brookfield, UBS, PGIM, King Street Capital Management, Hines, sovereign wealth funds and family offices.

During the event, 474 curated one-to-one meetings were facilitated alongside four private site visits to major Saudi developments, including NHC, Diriyah and New Murabba.

Cityscape Global 2025 also recorded more than 164,000 visits from over 120 countries and welcomed 206 developers, including 82 international developers representing 42 countries. The event generated $63 billion in strategic deals and onsite property transactions.

Saudi Arabia Enters a New Investment Phase

As Saudi Arabia's development pipeline progresses, investors are increasingly seeking opportunities in projects entering construction, operational and long-term growth stages.

Demand is growing across residential, hospitality, infrastructure, urban development and mixed-use sectors, creating new opportunities for capital deployment, strategic partnerships and international expertise.

Cityscape Global 2026 will bring together investors, developers and policymakers in Riyadh under the theme "The Capital of Real Estate."

Capitals by Cityscape Global

Building on the success of the Institutional Investor Programme, which welcomed 173 senior leaders in 2025, representing an 85% year-on-year increase, Capitals by Cityscape Global expands participation to include investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, asset owners, developers, master developers and government stakeholders.

The platform has been designed to connect investors directly with opportunities through concierge-led introductions, curated meetings, private site visits and targeted matchmaking programmes.

Reflecting evolving market demand, the initiative extends beyond traditional real estate and infrastructure sectors to include hospitality, mixed-use developments and large-scale urban projects.

Investors from 24 countries participated in the 2025 programme, creating opportunities for cross-border investment, strategic partnerships and market entry across some of the world's most active development markets.

As Brian Higgins, Founder and Managing Partner of King Street Capital Management, observed:

“Cityscape Global is like Davos for real estate.”

Investment Takes Centre Stage

Investment will be a central focus of the Cityscape Global 2026 Main Stage programme.

Discussions will explore macroeconomic trends influencing global real estate investment, including capital flows into high-growth markets, infrastructure-led development strategies, and the evolving role of sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors.

Additional sessions will examine emerging asset classes attracting growing investor interest, including data centres, digital infrastructure and technology-enabled real estate, alongside conversations around real estate finance, demand-driven investment strategies and secured asset opportunities.

According to organisers, these discussions are intended to provide investors with greater insight into where opportunities are emerging and how capital is being deployed across global real estate markets.

Rachel Sturgess, Senior Vice President at Tahaluf, organiser of Cityscape Global, said:

“Investors are no longer asking whether Saudi Arabia represents an opportunity. They are actively seeking access to projects, partners and markets across the country. Capitals by Cityscape Global has been created to help connect global investors with the people, projects and opportunities driving growth today. The level of engagement we are seeing reflects the growing appetite for investment across Saudi Arabia’s development, infrastructure and hospitality sectors.”

Cityscape Global will return to Riyadh from November 16-19, 2026, bringing together global investors, developers, policymakers and industry leaders as Saudi Arabia continues to position itself as one of the world's most active and closely watched real estate and infrastructure investment markets.
