Announced at a high-profile launch attended by more than 8,000 guests, including senior real estate and hospitality stakeholders, the project sets a new benchmark for branded hospitality and integrated urban living in Ras Al Khaimah. The event combined the formal project reveal with live performances, underscoring the scale and ambition behind the development.

Located within RAK Central, the emirate’s emerging commercial and lifestyle district, the project introduces Radisson Blu’s internationally recognised service standards and design ethos to a strategically positioned mixed-use address. As Al Marjan Island continues to anchor Ras Al Khaimah’s leisure and tourism profile, RAK Central is being positioned as the emirate’s future work-and-play hub, integrating offices, residences, hospitality and retail within a connected urban core.
