DUBAI, UAE – 13 July 2025 - Dubai-based property portal Bayut has launched TruBroker Stories, introducing the world’s first social-style video feature embedded directly within a real estate platform. The initiative allows certified TruBrokers in Dubai to upload 60-second, vertical “Stories” linked to individual listings or projects, offering an immersive and dynamic engagement format.
TruBroker Stories brings bite-sized video content, similar to popular social platforms into a property-focused ecosystem. Videos appear on agent and agency profiles, as well as within search results, enabling brokers to highlight key features, expertise, or local insights and helping potential buyers feel more connected and informed.
By harnessing short-form videos in a property portal environment, Bayut taps into a user base already actively looking for homes. This targeted context increases engagement, bolsters trust, and enhances agent visibility, all while keeping audiences focused.
Bayut claims to be the first global property portal to launch such a feature. This move underscores its leadership in real estate tech and its strategy of using AI-enabled tools to redefine home search experiences.
According to Bayut CEO Haider Ali Khan, TruBroker Stories gives agents a powerful way to showcase their expertise in a way that’s dynamic, personal and built for today’s relevance‑driven digital world. Agents can track performance metrics, including views, clicks, and leads directly within Bayut’s Profolio platform, optimizing their outreach strategies.

Initially available to certified TruBrokers in Dubai, Bayut plans to roll out additional features and expand the Stories tool to other markets. This launch marks a shift toward multimedia-driven property search tools, reinforcing Bayut’s status as a pioneer in digital real estate experiences.
TruBroker Stories is currently accessible to TruBrokers in Dubai, with plans to introduce additional features and expand to more markets as part of Bayut’s continuous AI-driven innovation roadmap.
This launch further strengthens Bayut’s reputation as a leading global proptech platform, raising the bar for property search experiences while enhancing agent empowerment and advancing digital storytelling in real estate.
