Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Alpago Design & Build, part of Alpago Group and a market leader in the ultra-high-end luxury sector, has unveiled Curve DiLusso, a new ultra-luxury beachfront villa located on Palm Jumeirah. The residence highlights the Group’s continued focus on refined craftsmanship, architectural excellence and timeless design within one of Dubai’s most prestigious waterfront destinations.

Situated on Frond C of Palm Jumeirah, the beachfront property is valued at USD 25.9 million (AED 95 million), reinforcing Alpago Group’s growing influence in shaping Dubai’s ultra-luxury residential landscape. Curve DiLusso features a sculpted architectural concept developed by Alpago Design & Build, with a defining centrepiece in the form of a dramatic marble wall extending across three levels. Comprising hundreds of handcrafted marble pieces precisely aligned and installed, the feature stands as a statement of the company’s commitment to uncompromising quality and craftsmanship.

The interiors combine refined porcelain tiles, oak chevron parquet flooring, sculpted stone elements and textured finishes, creating a cohesive material palette that balances warmth, tranquillity and understated sophistication.

Speaking on the unveiling, Syed Azeem Mehroz, Group CEO and CFO at Alpago Group, said: “Curve DiLusso embodies the Group’s philosophy of luxury with intention, where perfection is a norm and it translates into exceptional projects. This villa is not simply a residence; it is a sculpture designed for living, celebrating detail, precision, and the enduring beauty of timeless design.”

Sculpted living across three levels

Spanning 7,496 sq ft (696 sq m) of built-up area across three levels, the villa comprises a super master bedroom occupying the entire second floor, two master bedrooms, two guest suites, a private cinema, a state-of-the-art gym, and a living and dining area designed to flow seamlessly into the outdoor spaces. A grand spiral staircase serves as the architectural focal point, connecting all levels, while floor-to-ceiling glazing allows natural light to flood the interiors and frames uninterrupted beachfront views.

The design language embraces fluidity through curved forms and organic movement. Bathrooms feature distinctive marbles in green, blue and grey tones, with many elements carved from single marble blocks to highlight the stone’s natural depth, texture and character.

Private amenities and outdoor living

Residents benefit from a private elevator providing seamless access throughout the home, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, private cinema, maid’s room and dedicated service areas. Outdoor spaces include a landscaped terrace and infinity pool, creating a secluded retreat overlooking the Palm Jumeirah skyline.

The architectural silhouette of Curve DiLusso has been conceived by Italian design house Pininfarina, renowned for its sculptural purity and timeless modernity. Combined with Alpago Design & Build’s execution and attention to detail, the residence stands out as a distinctive addition to Palm Jumeirah’s luxury villa market.

Curated interiors and bespoke craftsmanship

The interiors have been furnished with an extensive selection of internationally recognised design brands, including Antonio Luppi, Henge, Matteo Gennari, Rimadesio, Molteni, Galotti & Radice, Gessi, Reflex, Laura Meroni, Paolo Castelli, Bonaldo, B&B Italia, Baxter and Poliform. Together, the collection delivers a cohesive composition of contemporary design, bespoke detailing and premium materiality.

Bespoke joinery, storage solutions, the show kitchen and bar lounge have been crafted by Italian specialists Molteni & Dada, complemented by Miele appliances. Lighting has been curated from leading designers including Henge, Vibia, Bomma, Foscarini and Leucos, contributing to a carefully layered and immersive living environment.

Curve DiLusso adds to Alpago Design & Build’s expanding portfolio of high-profile projects in Dubai, which includes Sole Mare, Vivid Walls Apartment, The Curved Mansion and Ethereal Enclave. The Group operates through an integrated design-and-build model, delivering architectural design, construction and fit-out under a unified framework to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality across every stage of development.

The property is currently available for private viewings, with an asking price of USD 25.9 million (AED 95 million).
