The agreement will involve the integration of solutions including Building X from the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, advanced fire detection and suppression systems, comprehensive Building Management Systems, and AI-driven energy efficiency technologies across Al-Futtaim Real Estate’s assets. The initiative is designed to enhance the performance and intelligence of existing buildings while supporting the development of future human-centric, autonomous properties within the portfolio.
Under this agreement, Al-Futtaim Real Estate is set to drive meaningful improvements in operational performance while enhancing the experience of occupants. By adopting advanced digital technologies and AI-enabled solutions, the UAE-based company aims to streamline operations and create smarter, more adaptive, and comfortable environments.
As an initial step, Al-Futtaim Contracting will begin implementing Siemens Building X across selected properties as a proof of concept.
