Image: Al Amaken DevelopmentsCairo, Egypt: Al Amaken Developments has announced the launch of its latest residential project, "Genista", in Sheikh Zayed City, following the completion of all required ministerial approvals. The project spans an area of 9 acres and is positioned in a prime and strategic location in the heart of the city.
Moustafa Mahmoud, Chief Sales Officer at Al Amaken Developments, said the launch of "Genista" forms part of the company’s broader expansion strategy aimed at offering a diversified portfolio of fully integrated developments that meet evolving client aspirations. He noted that the project is designed as a comprehensive residential compound, incorporating both residential and commercial components with a wide range of unit sizes tailored to different market segments.
Mahmoud explained that "Genista" is located in the Green Revolution area of Sheikh Zayed City, an area selected for its accessibility and connectivity to major roads and surrounding districts, as well as its proximity to the extensive range of services available within the city. He highlighted that the strategic location enhances the project’s investment appeal, positioning it as a long-term asset with the potential for sustained capital appreciation.
The residential component of the project comprises approximately 400 units, including studios and apartments with up to three bedrooms, with sizes ranging from 50 to 170 square metres. Amenities within the development include a social club, swimming pool, underground parking facilities, and a dedicated commercial zone. The built-up area represents around 27 percent of the total land area, with the remaining space allocated to water features, landscaped green areas, and community amenities, supporting a high standard of comfort, luxury, and tranquillity.
Mahmoud added that the project is scheduled for delivery within three and a half years, reflecting the company’s commitment to delivering developments on time and in line with agreed quality standards. He noted that construction progress at the Genista New Zayed project has reached 90 percent, reinforcing Al Amaken Developments’ track record of meeting delivery timelines, with handover targeted for 2027.
He further emphasised that adherence to schedules, combined with strict quality control, remains a core differentiator for the company, forming the foundation of long-term trust with its clients.
Al Amaken Developments currently holds a diversified land portfolio across Sheikh Zayed City, New Cairo, and the North Coast. The company plans to continue developing these assets as part of an ambitious growth strategy focused on delivering integrated urban communities, with preparations underway to launch additional projects in the coming period.
