Ajman Upgrades Aqari System to Boost Real Estate Facilities Management

AJMAN, UAE – The Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department has unveiled an upgraded version of its Aqari (Real Estate) system, introducing enhanced digital capabilities aimed at improving real estate facilities management, strengthening oversight of owners' committees and supporting the emirate's growing property sector, according to WAM.

The updated platform has been developed using innovative technical standards to enhance regulatory efficiency, improve the performance of management companies and provide more effective monitoring of jointly owned properties.

During a meeting at the Department, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, said the Aqari system reflects the UAE leadership's vision of building a sustainable real estate market driven by technology and innovation.

He noted that the integrated digital platform is designed to enhance quality of life across real estate developments and residential communities while reinforcing Ajman's position as a modern city that meets the evolving needs of residents.

Sheikh Abdulaziz was briefed on the system's technical features and its role in strengthening the Department's digital ecosystem. The upgraded platform enables direct monitoring of management company performance, ensures compliance with regulations governing jointly owned properties and supports continuous oversight of the financial performance of real estate projects across the emirate.

He praised the Department's team for delivering the project, describing it as an important step towards modernising the management of residential communities through innovative solutions that improve speed, efficiency and service quality.

The enhanced Aqari system is expected to streamline the work of residential complex management companies while providing regulators with more effective tools to monitor project performance and regulatory compliance.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Hamid bin Abdulaziz Al Nuaimi, Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department, Engineer Saeed Al Matrooshi, Director of the Real Estate Projects Department, and Hareb Al Muhairi, Head of the Owners' Associations Affairs Section.
