Sea Glints Mansions by Solidere International in Al Zorah City, Ajman Ajman, UAE: Al Zorah Real Estate Development, the joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, has announced the completion of the two most expensive residential property sales ever recorded in the Emirate of Ajman. The transactions comprise a luxury waterfront palace and a beachfront penthouse within Al Zorah City, located near the anticipated Four Seasons Al Zorah Resort.
The landmark sales underscore the accelerating momentum in Ajman’s luxury real estate segment and reflect growing demand for Al Zorah’s integrated coastal lifestyle. The masterplanned destination combines a prime waterfront setting with low-density urban design, architectural quality, and a long-term sustainability-led investment proposition.
The first transaction involved the sale of an ultra-luxury five-bedroom beachfront palace within the Sea Glints Mansions development, valued at approximately $8.39 million (AED 30.8 million), setting a new benchmark for residential property values in Ajman. The residence offers a built-up area of 7,338 square feet on a 14,000-square-foot plot, featuring marble flooring, bespoke woodwork, fully landscaped gardens with a private pool and jacuzzi, and kitchens and bathrooms fitted with international brands alongside advanced smart home systems.
Sea Glints Mansions comprises seven exclusive beachfront palaces and is positioned directly adjacent to the future Four Seasons Al Zorah Resort. The project recently received the Best Residential Development (2–9 Units) – Ajman award at the Arabian Property Awards 2025–2026, reinforcing its status within the region’s high-end residential market.
Al Zorah Real Estate Development also confirmed the sale of a four-bedroom penthouse within Sea Line Residences, a luxury waterfront development in Al Zorah City’s tourism district, for $2.45 million (AED 9 million). Spanning 4,612 square feet, the penthouse features expansive indoor and outdoor living areas, high ceilings, panoramic sea views, and direct beach access. Sea Line Residences comprises just 99 units and is scheduled for completion in December 2026.
