Ajman Records $416.6 Million in Real Estate Transactions in August

AJMAN, UAE: Ajman recorded 994 real estate transactions worth $416.6 million (AED1.53 billion) during August, as activity continued across sales, mortgages and property development projects.

Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, said the emirate’s real estate sector maintained its upward trajectory during the month, supported by continued demand across different property segments.

Trading volume reached $264.1 million (AED970 million) across 767 transactions during August.

Al Rawda 3 recorded the highest-value sale of the month at approximately $12.8 million (AED47 million).

The highest-value sale within property development projects reached approximately $572,000 (AED2.1 million) in Azha Community.

Al Muhairi stated that the real estate sector maintained its upward trajectory during August, recording positive figures that affirm the sector’s resilience and the growing direct demand for various types of property across the Emirate.

Mortgage Transactions Exceed $92.6 Million

Ajman also registered 142 mortgage transactions with a combined value exceeding $92.6 million (AED340 million) during the month.

Al Rawda 3 recorded the highest-value mortgage transaction at approximately $7.49 million (AED27.5 million).

Emirates City topped the list of the emirate’s most traded major projects, followed by City Towers and Ajman One.

At neighbourhood level, Al Helio 2 recorded the highest trading activity, followed by Manama 14 and Al Helio 1.

The August figures reflect continued transaction activity across Ajman’s residential and development market, with sales and mortgage registrations contributing to the emirate’s overall real estate performance.
