Image: ADGMAbu Dhabi, UAE: ADGM’s Registration Authority (RA) has launched a new Broker Classification Initiative, introducing a structured framework aimed at elevating professionalism, transparency, and service quality across the real estate sector within ADGM’s jurisdiction.
The initiative establishes a performance-based classification system for licensed real estate brokers, positioning them as strategic partners in the continued development of the market. By recognising measurable performance standards and incentivising ongoing improvement, ADGM is reinforcing its commitment to a trusted and high-performing real estate ecosystem aligned with international best practices.
Under the framework, brokers will be categorised into five tiers, General, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, based on three core evaluation pillars: Sales Performance, Professional Education, and Customer Feedback. The structured approach is designed to reward excellence, promote continuous professional development, and enhance the overall client experience.
Rashed Al Blooshi, CEO of ADGM’s Registration Authority, said,
The Broker Classification and Privileges Initiative set a new benchmark for real estate professionalism within ADGM. By linking performance, transparency, and incentives, we are empowering brokers to raise standards while strengthening trust and buyer confidence in the market. This initiative reflects our role as a proactive regulator and a business enabler.
The Registration Authority formally introduced the initiative during a workshop held on 10 February 2026, providing licensed brokers with a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and feedback. The session aimed to ensure that the framework reflects practical market realities while supporting collective best practices.
The Broker Classification Initiative forms part of ADGM’s broader strategy to implement progressive regulatory models that enhance transparency, strengthen investor confidence, and support sustainable growth. By formalising standards and linking recognition to performance metrics, ADGM continues to reinforce Abu Dhabi’s standing as a leading international business and financial centre with a robust and credible real estate environment.
